Enjoy a nice summer evening at Après with Trefethen Family Vineyards’ very own Beth Lister on Tuesday, June 23 at 6pm. Put on the map in 1979, Trefethen earned the title of “Best Chardonnay in the World” at the Gault-Millau Wine Olympics in Paris. Trefethen’s vineyards are certified Napa Green and their winemakers are strongly committed to sustainable farming.  They use soy-based bio diesel fuels in all their farm vehicles, recycle winery wastewater to irrigate and skins, seeds and stems to compost in the vineyards, and practice natural pest control, among other procedures to maintain their healthy and thriving vineyards.
