Sunday, July 4, 5-6pm – A Special 4th of July Sunday Sippers starts promptly at 5pm on July 4th. For only $20 sample 6 wines and get a complimentary cheese plate. After Sunday Sippers mosey across the street to see the fireworks over Lake Tahoe – bring a bottle with you – we’ll be giving special discounts.

July 11, 18, & 25, 5pm – Sunday Sippers Wine Tasting at Après Wine Company – Every Sunday at 5pm come to our fun, casual wine tasting. Each week a different theme is featured (e.g. Pinot Noir, French Wines, Value Wines). No rezzies required. $10.

July 6, 6pmWorld Wine Tour, Tasting Tuesday – Discover the iconic to the exotic on our World Wine Tour with Jimmy Grimes of The Varietal. July 8, 4-7pmAustralian Happy Hour on Thursday, July 8 – Join Brooke Herron from Robert Oatley Vineyards for an extended happy hour featuring her awesome Australian wines. We’ll be pouring Oatley’s Rose of Sangiovese, Pinot Grigio and a special surprise red from Brooke’s cellar. Get a flight of these 3 wines for $6 or a glass for $4. July 20, 6pmThe Sommelier Session, Tasting Tuesday – Sommelier Diane Guth of Wine Warehouse will discuss wine varietals with insights on food pairing, regional strengths, and more. A sommelier is a trained and knowledgeable wine professional who specializes in all aspects of wine service as well as wine and food matching. July 27, 6pmFrance vs. Italy, Tasting Tuesday – Gooooaaaaaallllll!  No, not soccer…the goal is to have fun in a spirited competition of who makes the best wines. Brunello vs. Bordeaux? All Summer Event – Ms. Liberty Here! Matthew Welter’s hand carved wooden Statue of Liberty sculpture stands proudly at the Ski Run Marina, just in time for the Fourth of July weekend. It will remain at the Marina until October for a string of celebrations and a summer-long carving performance.
